Joel Levanetz

Joel Levanetz is an accredited member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and has extensive experience in planning and design guidelines as applied to important historic communities. He joined the Building Department Association in 2019. Joel holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s degree from the University of San Diego.

When not working, Joel enjoys spending quality time at the beaches of North County with his wife and two young sons.
