Christopher Lake

Christopher Lake joined the Rancho Santa Fe Association as Chief Financial Officer in 2023. He brings over 30 years of professional finance and accounting experience. Prior to his arrival, Christopher held the CFO title at Earthlite, LLC, a leading wellness and consumer products business with manufacturing capabilities in California, China, and Mexico. His experience also includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Hocking International Labratories, LLC, a specialty chemical manufacturer; the Operating Executive CFO for eight portfolio companies of The Riverside Company; and the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for four portfolio companies of Brookside Equity Partners.

Christopher holds a Juris Doctorate from Concord Law School, an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin, a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rockford College. He was previously a Certified Public Accountant.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, walking, reading and watching the Padres.
