Garden Talks: Moving, Learning and Navigating the Landscape for Successful Aging
Mickey Burke holds a BS from UCSD in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behavior, and an MS from SDSU in Applied Movement Science. He will lead a class on learning techniques to improve your balance while accomplishing everyday activities and how to take advantage of the body's natural capacity for neuroplasticity.
